I love Role Playing, but not if it's on your own or just with one or two persons.
For example, i'm in a MotorCycle Club (crew) and i wear the patch (logo on the back of your clothing) to, i got a very expensive 'Hexer' (motor cycle), and i act as a MC Member. But sometimes i wish to be a sort of 'special cop' or something. Altough i think Role Playing should be played with each other if everyone in the lobby is 15 / 16 + since otherwise kids will start to annoy the sh*t out of you!

No one over 15 will do gta v role play unless they have no friends and are quite sad. The only people that play gta v roll play is people aged 4-10. So good look with getting 15 / 16+ to play with you.

I would do something kind of like how vanoss gaming does his like skits and funny moments.
