(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've had a few bugs after downloading 1.13. No vehicles have engine noise unless already running (Just the noise of the starter). No radios work. The map wont load if I'm going faster than about 80 mph. I cant enter/exit my garage (goes to loading screen and never ends or he just stands by the elevator). All loading times have increased dramatically. Select button wont work(holding or to change camera view). D-pad doesn't work(Headlight or change radio). Has any one else had these and fixed them or does anyone have any idea how to fix them?

Try reinstalling the game and the patch

You have to update the game from the disk and it should fix it. Or rebuild db in recovery mode, fixed it for me
