To solve your freezing issues you need to research how to change your nat type
For your specific router, gta requires type one although if on wireless this is almost impossible
For playstation to recognize. Having a wired connection will fix this problem immediately. You need to learn/research what ports are needed (port fowarding) for the playstation system and how to apply those with your router (model number helps) if you can't understand what this means call rockstar support and tell them what is going on and they will help you. Thanks!Smile

Heres my Video!Smile Will help you a lot!

-----Description-----
---- BEFORE YOU BEGIN -----
1. You need to create a Static IP That is NOT in your routers Ip Address Dchp range.
This will look like
DHCP Start Address 192.168.1.50
DHCP End Address 192.168.1.250
If that was the case the IP Address you would want to use is 192.168.1.?? -- ?? Any number lower then 50.
----------------
Here are ports that will be needed

Port 3074 Both
Port 53 Both
Port 88 Both
Port 1795 Both
Port 1745 Both
Port 3064 Both
Port 10070 10080 Both
Port 10070 UDP
Both means Both UDP And TCP

If you need additional help I can remotely control your computer for you for a fee of $5. When I remote control your computer I will need you to go into your router settings and input your router access code. You will watch me control your computer and can cancel my control at any time. If you would like this service please message me on nextgenupdate.com my username is UltimateSilence.
----------------------------
If your router has a option to enable UPnP This needs to be enabled because this will auto open ports when they are needed for your system.
-----------------------------
If your router has DMZ option this will be beneficial to have open for your system as it will not block any inbound or outbound traffic coming from your PS3 system. All you need to do is enter the STATIC IP of your system into this on your router settings and you should be good to go!Smile
---------------
Add me on PSN
PSN: StayHigh_420_STL
--------
Before you DO ANY of these steps, Try deleting your Content and install file from your game data utility and then out your ps3 into safe mode and restore the system database. This will not delete anything besides the messages you have sent and received from other PSN users. This has helped some GTAV users with the freezing but still following the Port Fowarding method will help your gameplay dramatically.

Please Comment if this has helped you so other players know that this is something that they should be doingSmile Thank you
