hard to say but i would say they are trying to rid the mod menu. not sure what they can do about it though

there is a mod menu on xbox? why would they all of a sudden care if ps3 users got a menu?

im not 100% but i feel 70% this is due to heists. if it is not the heists, then it must be the menu

The xbox menu wasnt leaked only few had it this menu was given to the public MANY people have it they will need to patch it
