However, I don't know what are roumers and what are genuine facts regarding the update. The most common 'rumour' I have seen across gaming forums is the 'heists' but like all updates these are promoted. Could this be the update?

As most of the developers in this forum will notice each update has been getting 'new files' from sound files to scripts. Some of the files I have seen are horses, I have not seen any in-game features regarding horses so could this be the heists? The heists update will be huge since each heist needs to be coded with unique sound files, characteristic files and even scripts to allow the heist cycle to 'run'. YouTubers and other media hunters have released 'pre-update' footage of the game which shows heists but are they believable? After all they're only after uses since the more views on their video they get, the more money they will make since a lot of them do YouTube as a life job.

This post is not telling you my opinion of the 1.18 update, I want to know yours. Therefore I have made this post so you can post both your own rumours and hopefully some facts which we can put together.

I believe it will never exist assaults on ps3, 360, rockstar would not have this job, mostly they are focused on ps4 and one, and also that it was already forcing other consoles, gta v is a heavy game load and presents a lot of slowness in loading and menu access

Why would it matter if its rumor or fact anyway? Just wait 'till the update is released, and you'll see what you'll get. You can't get it any sooner either way.

Rockstar has PROMISED that heists would be released on PS3 and xbox 360,they would have a big problem because they would be lying about a product to their clients and it's would end in a justice problem

Why you think that m8 ? They are making the heists, it will take a bitter longer because the NextGen Consoles ...

They did promise hiests yes. I was expecting them a long time ago on version 1.14 or something... We are now on 1.17 and nothing just an ever growing folders with 'useless' files.

it was posted that hiest will not be released on current gen before the next gen release..

It's very likely hiest will be pre loaded on the next gen consoles..

also with 2 weeks before the release of the next gens do you really thing current gens are going to get any updates
