Guessing its ap ii intense menu edit by Ghost or some shit. But a decent prop to do it yourself, is 'prop_riot_shield=0xDF5F9F7F'.

no the shield u need is the one from story mode when robbing the bank. that one has clear top and bottom u need the full black one

I didn't say 'this is the one' I just said this one is decent to use. Plus its clear so looks better like its actually bulletproof.
