Yeah, it's real. AP II Intense's menu is one of the very few menus that work on Official Firmware. You can either data transfer it or use the PS3xport backup exploit to use it. Unfortunately it doesn't have a bypass, so you're playing alone in the modder pool. It definitely needs more testing for sure. I've tested a lot of scripts to no avail. I'm not sure why only AP Intense's is the only miracle menu on ofw, but it is. Hopefully there will be more to come.

How do you data transfer it?

Well, you would need a Cfw PS3 to start off. You replace the original update.rpf with the modified update.rpf, which has all of the scripts for the mod menus and other things, in "/dev_hdd0/game/*GAMEID*/USRDIR/"
After that, before you data transfer to the ofw PS3, make sure that you are using the original "Eboot.bin" because ofw cannot use modified one.
And then you data transfer, load up the game, and play alone in the modder pool with just AP II Intense's mod menu.
