Because you can see the lobby has 16 people in and one person in sctv slot they don't come in the lobby as a person they come in the lobby in spectator mode ,, if you go invisible and teleport to the person in the sctv slot and there a regular player your fine I've had friends go in that slot for some reason but when the lobby's full and one of the sctv slots are taken it's obv them

nah dont panic thats not rockstar i think its just a bug or something like that

Panic haha I ran like hell ,, I didn't know what to do turn my mods off or turn my ps3 off or leave the lobby .... Best method I could think of was throw the pad at my cat and hide behind the sofa .. :(

It is Rockstar. I even had a Support Agent slip up and tell me they join lobbies to monitor activity
