I was actually thinking that a select few would have access such as IGN and companies like them. But people that have had access are modders/leakers. Just a minute ago i went to chromxmodz twitter and the mention of changing the "sandbox id" would allow access, however, is completely useless.

That video is legit. i know the guy who made that video. he has the update but he cant get online with it.. thats why he can't get the vehicles.. go into his youtube and read the description.
