Def cpu upgrade on the cards but where do you stop... The video cards not the best either. :-?... Its a sickness i tell ya xD

Graphics Card could use an upgrade, but believe it or not, you have exactly what Rockstar reccomends.

Your RAM is also what is recommended. I personally have 16GB DDR3, but I doubt you'll see much of a difference.

Performance wise, your Hard Drive Storage Space and OS don't really matter.

In that case, Rockstar reccomends Intel Core i5 3470 Quad-Core @ 3.2GHZ.
