This is a tunables editor, you can edit the values and toggle things on and off. This will allow you to add your own tunable or use preset tunables.

I tried pressing Load Preset or pressing Enter on any of them and nothing happens either. Might try it again today though. Also I think the website modification causes that stupid black screen with the R* error to spam you in a can.

For some reason i can't load up the .exe file, i run it as administrator, and im on Win 7, anyone having similair problem?

Copy and Paste the presets into a text document in the same directory/location that the tunables editor is in.
