As we all know, the Scripthook is being updated by Alexander Blade but due to a recent update, it was set back.
Now, according to the same author, after patch 3.50.1 - ANY and ALL mods in the install folder are being reported to Rockstar directly when you access online. According to many Reddit threads, there is also meant to be a "Mass Cheater Banwave" happening at the moment

Due to this, the new Scripthook will not allow you to connect to Online at all if the scripthook remains in the install folder. There is a Bat-Script available which renames it however, so that you can go Online but cannot use it.
I have a feeling many will scoff and blow this off but coming from the guy behind the Scripthook so many love (and abused) - it's worth listening to.
So due to the influx in cheater reports (You know who you are. Don't be so surprised if you get a ban of some form) because of mod menus online -
we can no longer use legit mods like the FOV changer online.
This is why we cannot have nice things.
