DO this before a BAN Block you incoming and outgoing ports may sound stupid and yes you can still get online but public lobbys are hard to get on as you need clients to connect to you but you can invite from private lobbys this works cos the R* check needs to connect to you through open ports but cos they cant you go undetected R* can only detect you if they do a Manual check on you which they wont as it will take years to do that to everyone so try this and you be surprised but remember to close all ports and your router and have a strict firewall both router and PC report back on this.
