It's a next-day shipping available pre-built Gaming PC Aria sell, that's a ready-built Gladiator Computers's Custom Gaming PC. You may find you can get the same spec a bit cheaper as a non next-day custom build from Gladiator, but when i purchased it, there was nothing in it to speak of, and next-day availability pretty much covered the price difference at a slight discount (shipping costs on PC system unit's isn't cheap, expecially for ND dispatch).
The site price is without OS, i paid for a bundled (but not installed) Win81 disc as well so i could later qualify for the free Win 10 license (just greedy i guess, i'll get it for free anyway legit from MS). But the price is pretty damn competitve for a pre-built hardware bundle less OS. The comparable cost elsewhere, of an OEM box of similar spec with Win81 supplied, typically was double the extra cost of Win81 or more (usually more). It took bugger all time to be up and running - installing GTA V was painfully slow due to the 7 disc install (not due to the system) and took nearly as long to install (includng compulsory patches) as it took to reproduce my old Win81 VM environment as was used in my previous Linux running hex-core desktop.
And i can definately say it's a painless process aside from the ultra-long (unnecessarily so) GTA V install bit. There's still scope to improve on the cost of a self-build, but it's still a useful reference item to work from for your research - at least, for no other reason than being a no-question-marks system spec that actually is painlessly usable with the game title.
Anyway, food for thought.
