Well i dont no how they are onlocked for me but i hope you all like the post

I know these were posted a few days ago but i thought id just share something Ive noticed with the next updates DLC clothing.

I also had these when i transferred over to the PS4. I have no clue how tbh cause it obviously weren't even close to Halloween but what i have noticed is when i use the LTS tool to unlock all DLC clothing, somehow it ends up unlocking the next updates DLC clothing & masks. Never noticed this with cars though, just clothing.
Its pretty odd & I've never understood how.
Im only saying the LTS tool because it's the only thing i use for recoveries
Could possibly be nothing, but its odd on every account ive done, they've always ended up having everything before they should
