Can I still transfer from PS3 to PS4 with modded money and level it won't let me I've tried with level 130 and 1 billion it won't let me

750 million is max u can transfer and character must be 30+ days old

I have transfered about 25-28 accounts prior. Then on the 1st I tried a character Level 126, 600 mil and it was NOT allowed. The account was made back in July. hmmmm.......

Ps3 to pc rank 300 something n still have 5 billion. Dont play on it much these days usually go buy new stuff n test it out when new dlc is out
