So I have transferred about 10 BRAND NEW accounts and most have been reset EXCEPT 4 at this point
Account 1,2, and 3: 2 Level 120s, unlock all, 100% stats, all clothing purchased, 60 cars/6 garages, 90mill on the account ALL CARS WERE SPAWNED AND NOT BOUGHT.
Account 4: 2 Level 120s, unlock all, 100% stats, all clothing purchased, 60 cars/6 garages, 200mill on the account ALL CARS WERE SPAWNED AND NOT BOUGHT.
Going to try to get a few more with 200mill and hope they pass.

i transfer with rank 120 700 million and i buy everything not free shop and i play on it for a hour to rank it up to 4-5 then i unlink it after i transfer it to ps4 and let it set for 10 days. and none of my accounts have been hit. Now all my brand new accounts i just modded i wait 30 days to even get on them and i waitch emails before i get on, OH YEA DO NOT BUY THE CEO BUILDING. hope this helps
