Are you all using exact same version of GTA? (For example: If you're using 1.25 eboot they also have to be 1.25)

The latest version is 1.26, you should be using 1.26 if you want to join public sessions or play with friends who are on OFW.

You need the 1.26 eboot and update.rpf to join people

Change the EBOOT for 1.26. You are still using the 1.25 Eboot.
