heres an update.rpf with the taxi removed that will help against the taxi atleast

as far as a anti freeze tool none have been released that I know of as there not easy to make for the 300+ vehicles in gta

easyist way I can think of is use addikted tool make the taxi fly then you cannot be frozen buy the taxi unless the person knows what there doing but still you wont be protected from animals, obejcts, models, network request phone, message, ptfx, explosion, teleport, clone and the millions of other ways to freeze. I may code up a simple anti freeze tool if I get some time. since freezing is getting pretty common on ps3
