Well the only spoof method that I use is PSN Patch, its a pkg file you install to your PS3 and everytime your about top sign in just open psn patch and hold X. It will basically disable CFW and make it look like your OFW also spoof your IDPS.

Spoofing your console id won't make you stay hidden forever xD.
Because i even got banned couple of weeks back even though I've had my CID for months until i started modding GTA 5 and BO3 i then got console banned.

There's really no point spoofing a CID , people say put a banned one on when you get online or change it to 32 0's ect ect but it doesn't do shit
As soon as you log into the psn on your working console number it is logged on their server and if you spoof your Cid after that makes no odds as your CID is already now on the Sony server
I don't spoof or use all those home brew options I simply turn on my console load a game throu webman and if I remember I disable my synicals with r2 and triangle
I haven't been banned for about 14 months both from games and the psn
It's also down to who you buy your cids from if they keep them "private" or they sell the same number to other people
A legit selling will offer some kind of psn warrenty from 7 - 14 days ( psn ban )
Also remember CID sales are not allowed on ngu itself as people do scam .
