Also no one is calling me at all, I am not receiving calls from anyone only Merryweather and Pegasus. Please does anyone know an solution it would be greatly appreciated

What did you use to mod the rank? I know Serendipity Recovery menu if you put a high rank it breaks the game and you cant do anything. Just switch lobbies and it should be good.

Damnit yeah I used Serendipity Recovery menu and I ranked it up to 750, is that too high? It's weird though because on the 2nd character everythings fine, can do missions, races etc. but on the primary character it can't even receive messages from Main Characters of the game

Just delete the first character and re do the recovery on that character, and when your doing ranking to little by litte for example if you want too be at 750 >>> 200 >>>> 400 >>>600 >>>>750 thats a better method
