(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright. So after trying numerous attempts to get my account granted a redo for the transfer, Rockstar is sticking firm that 'once you transfer to PC your done. No redos.

I don't know rather to keep trying or to just make a new account, have it modded, and use the new account.

Here's my questions...

  1. If I make a new account all I'd have to do is link the new PSN to my social club for the Online stats correct? My SP progress from PC wouldn't change?
  2. Once I make a new account and get it modded, I'd just need to delete my character from PC to prompt a re-transfer correct?
  3. If the above answer is yes, how do I delete a character?

1. Yes, Online and SP progress are separate
2. Yes
3. Go to Character Select and there should be a button on the bottom right when hovering over the character that you click then type in delete to confirm deletion of the character

Straight forward answers. Love it.

Is there a safe way to get hella modded without getting banned or just the slow and painful way of having cash dropped for me?

Yeah just have a recovery done on the account where everything is done all at once then straight on to transferring Smile

here is what i think (note this might not work as I'm not working on pc

i found this article about unlinking accounts,
according to the article you're not able to unlink steam from social club so basically you bind it for ever.

not sure if this will work
but try a family share and link a new modded account and try that.

Once I get my new account sorted, can I unlink the throw away PSN from my Social Club and still keep all my online stats on PC post modding and transfer?

Once the character is transferred to PC the PSN is not needed.

Fantastic. Can you explain how the recoveries work if you wouldn't mind? It's been a long time since I've been on consoles or in the console modding scene. I'm primarily a PC guy.

After the PSN is made a modder will sign into the PSN and perform the recovery with what you desire (rank, money, unlock all etc) then sign out and from there on you link it if you didn't beforehand and then hop on PC and select Online, Character Transfer from the Pause Menu.

Ah okay. What's the ban risk in doing something like this, or is that a question for the modder?
