Kinda a big question. Do you have a CFW? If not you can't mod

USB mods work if you can find one for PS3 I have done it ... works for both multiplayer and story mode

yes its a jailbroke ps3, has mmcu and rebug on it.
i tried installing the teserract menu the other night but couldnt get it to work, it came up on the loading screen with like a welcome message but wouldnt open when on gta

Are you on DEX? And is Lvl 2 and kernel DEX in rebug toolbox?

If your on Rebug 4.80, it has a built in CEX to DEX in the toolbox. Just gotta dump your nor/nand
