(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); what can I do to bypass the transfer character in ps4?

Since August the only way an account will transfer is if the PS3 account and character are BOTH AT LEAST 30+ days old and modded with no more than $750 Million. It sucks but that's just the way it is. There's no way to bypass the 30+ day wait.
