Then, you're banned until that certain date. Basically locked on your IP/MAC.

If the problem continues after that date, I suggest you find a new CID.

You're just banned off of the game until that certain date which you have to wait like 22 days left to be unbanned.

After that date, if it doesn't let you mod at all. I suggest you to find a new CID in order to mod again. If you get a new CID, and make a new account. You should be back to normal without being banned.
