Your console id has been banned u need a new one. I just want to know if u create a new acc and it says the same then your console id is banned.

Try to go online with another acc. If it is also banned you need a new cid or mac adress

Change your CID & PSID not only your CID

Just change the last two digits of the CID, you may have bought a shared one.
