No you can't. Haven't been able to for a very very long time. Once you do anything to a car, even if it doesn't have a tracker, no one else can take it into LSC.

There are no ways of doing this (for obvious reasons). You cannot transfer money or glitch your money to other players. Your friends will just have to do heists and stuff. Hope that clears up everything for you!
