Modding an existing GTA V Account

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, is it possible for me to mod an existing account on GTA V / PS4 ?
I'm offering a recovery service but the costumer doesn't have much time. So he told me he created the account on the PS4 and played GTA V for more than 30 days.
I heard that it's possible to mod this account on PS3 and transfer it without waiting times.

Is that right ?

No seeing as he has already made this account on the PS4 you can not edit it in any way shape or form.

Nope no easy work around's unfortunately you could try and achieve a rollback and possibly be allowed to re transfer but that's a long shot. Plus he made it on the PS4 so I don't believe he would have a character on the PS3 version for gta anyway's.

Wouldn't it make sense to create a character on the PS3 on his account and then just transfer it ? It should transfer instantly when I'm guessing this right ..
