Delete EVERYTHING remotely related to Grand Theft Auto V, this includes but is not limited to the game itself whether its been copied to your hard drive or not, game updates, game dlc updates, game saves, etc. Once that's finished, reboot the console, and begin copying the game to the HDD. When it's finished being copied to the HDD, run it and install everything necessary (updates and the 8gb install). Make sure you are able to go online legit for at least 60 seconds before modifying any game files. Now, I'm not sure what version you have or if you need to convert or not, but if you do, convert as normal, and then make sure you are able to go online before changing to modified EBOOT.BIN, update.rpf, etc.
