Actually there is no current USB mod menu for GTA but there is a save editor for GTA of which you can give yourself God Mode and modded cars and such.. But single players use only, pretty much if you want to do heavy modding then you need a jailbroken PS3

Only MW2 you can get mod menus on OFW but you need someone on CFW to give you the infection

Am using jokamods v3 menu on ofw no usb or cfg
