I'm on BLJM DEX but vehicles.rpf textures is same for BLES etc...

The slushy splatter is located in vehiclefx.dat in update/common/data/effects, can just be deleted if not wanted, but you will lose the tiremarks also(if that matters).

If you dont want vehicle camos then delete vehicles.rpf from update/ps3/levels
