I wanted to know if anyone knows whats going on with all the hackers on gta lately, as many are becoming naked men, dropping tons of cash and even spawning ufos into other players!

So in total;

1. Does anyone know whos supplying these mods?

2. Do the mods require jailbreak (i suspect not because a wide range of the gta population is now using the hacks)

3. If they are avalible to download, can someone supply a download link? Im sick of being poor :\
