I host money lobbies all the time
If you've already linked your PS3 gta account to your ps4 then the money will not transfer over because the accounts can only be linked 1 time

Yes bro as long as your main account is in the ps4 as your primary ps4 account , meaning everything that you have on that acc can b used with others in that ps4, so you can't game share
