Drack bro,you need a jailbreak to modify the game files or create a connection to a tool on PC to do it,there is no jailbreak for PS4 or Xbox one,you cant mod PS4...

my friend has a modded account you just get it on ps3 then transfer your character your not directly modding the ps4
