Delete the 1.21 patch and re download it don't update thru pkg I had the same problem

Like Bad Luck Brian said, just delete the update. i updated my gta 5 in my xmb. if you do it like this, you can play gta 5 online on version 1.22 like me. hope i helped you

you need delete all game update data for gta5 ,then go to multiman and download again all updates for gta5 and install them in order

Where do you get the downloads from

Delete gta v fro MM re copy it and convert to bles then install updates only way.
