I had that same issue. It worked on one of my friend's account last week, but now it just says "you must kill yourself to unlock tuneable unlocks" and does nothing. I have also tried some of the RTM tools and they do nothing so I am not sure if there is a conflict with having a modded eboot.bin or they do not work on tmapi and I need to use ccapi to get unlock all to function.

I am BLES DEX btw. Will try CCAPI in a sec to see if that makes a difference.

Alright it seems CCAPI is the way to go I was able to rank my friend's account just now using the GTA 8000 tool and the tool by Its Welsh which is here You must login or register to view this content. to unlock lsc and other items. Using TMAPI froze me for some reason but if you use CCAPI then you should be able to use the above tool to get what you want. I was using CCAPI 2.60

Expensive :c + my ps3 is not jailbroken, that's why i use update.rpf files
