Edit: If there is someone of a high trustworthy level on this site, who is over level 100 on GTA but doesn't have the Insurgent, still message me. If I deem you trustworthy enough, I can organise a $1,250,000 cash card on GTA for you to get the Insurgent plus gold paintjob, dupe it with me then you can keep the leftover $500k or whatever too. This leaves you with the car + money :-)
