Using an eboot that already has the script bypass with the builder always gave me errors when resigning so I took an unmodded eboot, used the builder then manually changed the hex values for the bypass, then I was able to resign with no issues

Just download this file im going to link and change the name of Welsh's SPRX to ExtortionGTA.sprx. The reason you're going to rename it ExtortionGTA.sprx is that the EBOOT will think that's Extortion and load it, but you're actually loading Welsh's SPRX. :p

wouldnt it have made more sense to look in ghost's thread or one of the stickied threads for a script/sprx eboot, rather than reviving this one.....
