Or... you could apply a bit of self-motivation, research and use a pre-packaged mod-menu equipped OFW PS3 backup, restore it to a console and let GTA V reinstall it's base 8GB install. Then, after researching and info gathering on safety methods, you could then use the onboard mod menus like APII Intense and others to 'mod' a fresh or existing account. Note that whilst you have the OFW backup installed (i'll assume you don't have a CFW/jailbroken console), you won't be able to play in main public lobbies.
So use the appropriate OFW backup for your game version (BLES or BLUS), mod away your account, then either restore a personal non-modded backup or format the system and reinstall GTA V to be able to use the account in main public lobbies.
Even if you just are modding it for a CT to PC/Next-Gen console, you still want to restore your PS3 to clean unmodded state to verify all is well and you haven't totally ferked up (you'll know immediately you go into GTA:O).
Like i say, look through the GTA 5 Mods section for the OFW Modded Backup source, read through current and older posts about stuff you can do to mod the account, and fire away.
Note, you could have figured all that out in less time than it took to post a lazy-assed 'do it all for me for free' request.
