i have an question

i have transferred my 1st character to my ps4

but i dont have any money

so my question is can i mod my 2nd character on ps3 and transfer that to ps4 and then use the money on ps4?

and is there an method to prevent an ban?

No, sorry you can only transfer once from PS3 to PS4 double transfer was patched. If you didn't mod your account then you don't need to worry about a ban. People can't prevent a ban. Such as people say editing your play time etc helps... this hasn't been confirmed and the only person that can is Rockstar lol
