There is no bat mobile. Also if your referring to blacklisted cars, than they cannot be saved into the garage.

Yes... Gryphus can give them to you... simply create him a PSN account... he'll mod it to your liking then create an Social Club account link both the PSN account and the new Xbox account... then do a character transfer...

Yes... he can also do it for PS3 as well... since you didn't transfer he can just mod your PSN account. He can't give you any cars which can't be stored in your garage...
