Not possible and I should add that if you already transferred your character you will need to make a new account so he can mod it for you... trust me he's a good at what he does...

I cannot mod XB1 accounts directly. I would need a PSN account to mod on then you can transfer the character from the PSN account to XB1 via Rockstar Social Club.
