For that simple, almost idiot proof bit of a 'recovery', a mere 50 mil is easily done with an OFW modded backup such as PassiveModding's GTAv62 release. Restore it, let GTA install and engage the appropriate mods once you get into SP, then go online (you'll be effectively online solo) and apply the required actions for that bit of a recovery, return to SP and exit the game, then restore an unmodded OFW game/system backup and carry on as normal.
Best to create a test account to practise on, just common sense really, and whether you use a test account or your intended account, apply caution and don't go putting yourself on radar like GZ as seen from space, and all should be OK.
