(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've run into quite a few people with this on ps4, even saved a few videos of them firing marksman rifles with what look like a stream of bullets coming out, I was wondering if there is anyone on here who could make an account for me with this mod, I would pay 30$ for it along with rank 150 and 90mil, nothing else needed on the service just basic cash and rank and the modded rifle. Let me know if interested.

I've only seen that on PC not PS4. There is no stat mods that can enable this.
