You actually need to mod your game files.. cant just mod your acc for the mod menu itself

Someone can mod your account but they can not place a mod menu on it... you'll need to either have two things: a jailbroken console; or USB mods. You can use USB mods to mod GTA V however, that is suggested since if you get banned you are screwed if your console can't be downgraded.
