If you check some post people said insta ban with this cex eboot.
OP just switch to dex.

Probably they were giving money before and after they used the same account with the cex eboot with anti-ban and got insta ban.

On ferrox/cex try using iris man to load/run your game.

On our PS3 we have ferrox/cex on we use multiman to save games to hdd. When we select a game to play we use irisman to load it up.

You do need the latest version as an earlier one I thought was the newest wouldn't work. If you're not sure if you have the latest vers let me know and I will have a look and post it tonight.
