You'll need Visual Studio first of all, if you don't already have it, you can get it from a YouTube video, or simply type "Visual Studio 2015" via Google. You should have some knowledge of C++ in order to create it, it's not solely built on the language of C++ though.

If your interested in getting started, you can watch some YouTube tutorials for advice and how to get everything set up. It may be for a different game then what your were intending it for, however, it'll be fairly similar to other games.
