I've noticed there are like 1/100 Xbox 360 modding tools in gta v thread. They seem like they're all just Ps3. If anyone could link me of all the tools you could find it will be widely appreciated!

there really isnt lot of 360 modding content on NGU. NGU is mainly for PlayStation modders than 360
