This is because the sites you're visiting, can't give you what you want... here's how it works:

How it works: You go to the site, click downgrade it reaches an X amount of percentage such as 72% and says fill in a survey... the person that makes you fill in the survey gets paid.

In reality this will not work, you'll need to downgrade your console before you can actually install a menu. Anyway, you can find out more about this You must login or register to view this content.. Also, most those sites could be phising ones, so be careful.

Also, don't download anything unless it's from the official developer themselves, any once your console is downgraded and jailbroken you can install menus in this process. See the video below:
