Currently no such thing on xbox one.

On next gen there are no mods, although you can pay someone to mod an account for you. But you have to make a new account depending on who you're going to. Yes you can also ask PS3 Modders to mod the account because all you have to do is make a PSN Account, send them the information, he mod it, then you transfer it to Xbox 1 on Social Club(Search it up).
